Differently-abled guests are free to enter provided that they are accompanied by at least one paying companion. They must present their passport or any valid ID at the entrance.
Strollers and wheelchairs are available at a nominal cost payable directly at the entrance.
School and college teachers and university faculty members residing in UAE must present any valid ID for proof of identity at the entrance.

Entrance is by timed ticket, however, visitors may stay in the museum for up to three hours.
