Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
Shark Safari & Ray Feeding activities tickets must be purchased in advance.
Guest must be at least 1.2 meters tall to ride Tower of Neptune & Tower of Poseidon rides.
Life Jacket is required for all swimmers under 48" or 1.2m.
FYI Towels can be rented.

Subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded and Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts.
In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund.
