Cancellation Policy
Please review the specific cancellation policies associated with the tour or activity you've selected before confirming your booking. The applicable cancellation policy can be found under the Cancellation Policy section for each offered experience. For existing bookings, verify the cancellation policy by checking the Cancellation Policy section of your ticket.

Free Cancellation

  1. For Transport only Bookings
  2. For a full refund, cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the experience's start time. Failure to do so will result in the amount paid not being refunded. Any changes requested less than 24 hours before the experience's start time cannot be accommodated.
  3. For With Hotel / With Transport Bookings
  4. For a full refund, cancel your booking at least 7 Days before the experience's start time. Failure to do so will result in the amount paid not being refunded. Any changes requested less than 7 Days before the experience's start time cannot be accommodated.

Non-Refundable

Experiences categorized as non-refundable cannot be changed or refunded for any reason. Any cancellation or amendment will result in the amount paid not being refunded.

Moderate Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancel your booking at least 4 full days* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time, the amount paid will not be refunded. No changes will be accepted less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time.

Strict Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel your booking at least 7 full days* before the experience's start time. Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time will not be accepted. If you cancel between 3-6 full days* before the experience's start time, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancelling less than 2 full days* before the experience's start time will result in no refund.
