Dambulla is a scent of unique interest. Its rock temples are the most extensive in the Island, and one of the most ancient, and in the highest state of preservation and order.

Transfer from Dambulla to hotel & check in to the hotel

Dinner and Over Night Stay at Dambulla /Habarana Hotel
  • Day 02 – Dambulla - Sigiriya - Polonnaruwa - Minneriya - Dambulla
After the Breakfast at the hotel, Tour head on to Sigiriya.

Sigiriya - Rising significantly from the focal fields, the confounding rough outcrop of Sigiriya is maybe Sri Lanka's single most emotional sight. Close vertical dividers take off to a level bested summit that contains the vestiges of an antiquated civilization, thought to be at one time the focal point of the brief kingdom of Kassapa, and there are enchanting vistas crosswise over fog enclosed woodlands by the early morning.

After that get reach to Polonnaruwa

Gal Vihara (Sinhala: stone temple), Buddhist Temple at (UNESCO World Heritage Site) at Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka is the most perfect specimen of Buddha statue hewn out of solid stone. Crafted during the reign of King Parakrabahu (1153-1186 A.C), Gal Vihara statues are still in complete preservation with their irresistible charm and sublimity. It is undeniable that the sculptors of Gal Vihara were of greater skill and expertise in the art of stone sculpture in Sri Lanka. The images at Gal Vihara have brought about higher level of awakening in the observers with respect of Buddhist art in Sri Lanka.

Royal Palace This group of buildings dates from the period of King Parakramabahu I (1153 – 1186). The King`s Royal Palace is a massive structure, measuring 31 m by 13 m, once including 50 rooms supported by 30 columns. Even today it is quite an impressive building, but picture it being seven floors tall with 3 m thick walls, as the archaeologist’s claim it once was!

Lankatilaka One of the most evocative structures in Polonnaruwa, the Lankatilaka temple was built by Parakramabahu I and later restored by Vijayabahu IV. This massive gedige (stone Buddhist temple with corbelled roof and thick walls) has 17m-high walls, although the roof has collapsed.

Later afternoon transfer to Minneriya National Park for Jeep Safari.

Safari at Minneriya National Park is one of best spot to capture wiled-animals in Sri Lanka. It is home to 200+ elephants, monkeys, crocodiles and even a handful of leopards. The park has opened in 2002, is surrounded by grasslands and can be visited year-round to see elephants and other great wildlife. See why this is the best national park in Sri Lanka. Explore the largest known meeting place of Asian Elephants in the world. During this period herds, up to 300 elephants are seen at the 8,890-hectare park within a few square kilometers of the Minneriya Reservoir. In August and September each year during the dry season, wild elephants from the surrounding wilderness in search of food and water, make their way to the shores of the Minneriya Reservoir adjoining the Minneriya National Park. A huge herd of elephants, sometimes numbering up to 300, converge together within a few square kilometers of the lake.

Also witness a cookery demonstration. Clients will be offered a free head and a shoulder oil massage for 5 minutes and a typical rice and curry lunch will be served.

    Transfer from Matale to Kandy.

Check in to hotel And Evening visit to Cultural Dance Show

Kandyan move execution is one of the characterizing encounters of a stay in Kandy. Considering it a customary Kandyan move execution is something of a misnomer as the shows are particularly gone for crowd diversion and contain move schedules and outfits from the nation over, including the well-known 'fallen angel' moves of the west coast (which are exceptionally difficult to find in their home district).

And next visit to Temple of the sacred tooth relic, The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. During puja(offerings or prayers), the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists. However, you don’t actually see the tooth. It’s kept in a gold casket shaped like a dagoba (stupa), which contains a series of six dagoba caskets of diminishing size. As well as the revered main temple, the complex includes a series of smaller temples, shrines and museums.
