All slope users must sign the attached waiver form (PDF) at the counter during the visit. It’s mandatory for a parent or a guardian to sign the waiver form on behalf of all the guests under 21 years of age.
Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only (Intermediate Level 2).
The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).
Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
Littering & smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
A moderate amount of walking is involved.
You are required to bring and wear a mask.
You will receive a mandatory temperature check.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded and Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts.
In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund.
We request all customers carry the Vaccination card while traveling (Digitally or Physically).
