All visitors, baggage, and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint.
Visitors shall at all times adhere to and obey the signs, rules and regulations, and instructions from the authorities of the PETRONAS Twin Towers.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Opening Hours - PETRONAS Twin Towers - Tuesday-Sunday: 10:00-18:00, Public holidays: 10:00-18:00, Last admission: 17:30 and Closed on: Monday.

Voucher Type Description -Present your mobile voucher and your passport / valid ID.
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member.
Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security.
Your driver will give you the entry ticket for the towers.
Meet at the attraction's entrance gate at your specified time with your admission ticket.
Please note: Malaysian passport holders must present their MyKad while non-Malaysian passport holders must present their passport at the security checkpoint.
The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).
Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
You are required to bring and wear a mask.
You will receive a mandatory temperature check.
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded and Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts.
In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund.
We request all customers carry the Vaccination card while traveling (Digitally or Physically).
