Negative PCR test result received within 14 days.
PCR test booked as package needs to be done before 24 hours of the tour. The operator shall contact you about the timing of the test.
The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).

A moderate amount of walking is involved.

You will receive a mandatory temperature check.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded and Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts.
In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund.
